  OSHA is now investigating his dying. 

• A jury identified

  Robert Lee Bennett III, 42, guilty of first-diploma intentional homicide

  in the stabbing dying of his mother. Nonetheless, the trial’s second phase, in which the jury have to ascertain if Bennett was responsible for his steps, is now underway.
