Pre-judging begins for The Statesman Vintage & Classic Car Rally

Over 100 autos are participating in the 56^th Edition of The Statesman Classic & Vintage Car Rally, which will be held in the national capital on January 15.

The 1914 John Morris fireplace motor, owned by the Rail Museum, and lesser vintage and common cars and trucks will be the centre of attraction of the Rally.

The pre-judging of the participating autos to check their originality and restoration among the other parameters commenced at Fashionable Faculty, Barakhamba Highway, on Friday.

In the course of the first day of the prejudging session, Rakesh Jain, a single of the judges of the Rally, reported: “This time 50 per cent lesser classic and common autos are collaborating in the Rally.”
