Guggenheim Bilbao Melds Art, Architecture, and the Automobile in New Exhibit

Does the streamlined aerodynamic form of a stunningly sculpturous coupe impact the style of a developing? And is it all art to start off with? A new show at The Guggenheim Bilbao in Spain dives into people inquiries and a lot of more—and could possibly even give some solutions.

Opening April 8 and managing through September 18 in the lovely seaside port city of Bilbao, Spain, “Motion. Autos, Artwork, Architecture” can take on this formidable endeavor and does it not only with aplomb, but with sponsorship from electrical-vehicle maker Volkswagen and Iberdrola, a Spanish utility firm. The greatest aim, at the very least from its corporate sponsorship, might be to legitimize the coming electrical-vehicle revolution, but it requires its individual meandering sweet time having there, not as opposed to the way the River Nervion wraps itself languidly by Bilbao alone, and eases up to the ramparts of the museum on its way out to the Cantabrian Sea in the Bay of Biscay.
